FIVE SIMPLE STEPS

1 - ASK FOR YOUR GENETIC TEST BY CLICKING “ADD TO CART”

Once you  (click here) product page will open. Add to cart the test that you prefer. At the check out fill it with out all your información, name and the necessary contact information so we can send the kit to your home, office or any specified address in the most expedient manner.

2 - WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR TEST, REGISTER IT ONLINE

The first thing you have to do when you receive your kit (even before providing the saliva sample) is to register tellmegen.com  it in the blue box marked “Client sign-in/Register”. You can find above the link, you will also receive an email with the proper link. It’s easy to create a user account with your personal data; Once created, just follow the steps to copy the serial number from the sample collection tube of your tellmeGen kit into the appropriate place in your account.

3 - DEPOSIT YOUR SALIVA SAMPLE

Once you have registered your kit, you can provide your saliva sample. It’s important to do this correctly. Just spit saliva (not bubbles) into the tube until it reaches the “fill-to” mark. Remember not to smoke, eat, drink or chew gum for at least 30 minutes prior to collecting your sample. Although it seems incredible, your entire DNA information can be extracted from this small sample.

4 - SHIP TO THE LABORATORY. WE TAKE CARE OF IT!

After you have registered your kit and we will collect your saliva sample, please, just contact us so we  can pick up the kit from you with the sample inside.

5 - GET YOUR RESULTS BACK AND FIND OUT ABOUT WHAT YOUR DNA SAYS

From the moment you return your kit, the average processing time for the results is approximately 4-6 weeks depending on factors such as how long it takes the sample to reach us. As soon as your results are ready, we will contact you so that you can log into your account (in the area for clients on the website) and view them. Your results will be available in pdf format to make it easier to download them, print them or save them in a USB memory stick. Remember that before opening the results you will have the opportunity to decide if there is any information you would prefer not to see listed.
